Elena Jagar
Elena is the award-winning author of The Rainbow Weaver's Apprentice, a middle-grade novel.
She writes across genres and believes that every great story begins with great characters—ones relatable and memorable enough to stay with readers long after the final page. She hopes her books leave young readers feeling that nothing is impossible.
When not writing, Elena enjoys horseback riding, dancing, smelling the flowers, and petting bumblebees. Currently living abroad and teaching English, she dreams of one day having a garden and a menagerie of pets when she finally settles in one place.
Tessa Kelly
Tessa Kelly is the award-winning author of the Sandie James cozy mystery series. A former teacher with a degree in French, she spent several years living in a vibrant Brooklyn neighborhood, frequenting local cafés and coffee houses, and getting to know the area from the inside out. During her undergraduate years, she worked at a small bakery—much like the one in her novels—where she developed a lifelong fondness for cheesecake brownies.
When she’s not writing, Tessa loves exploring hiking trails and often finds herself wandering off the beaten path. Her other passions include baking, dancing, learning languages, and experimenting with natural plant dyes.
